Description
Hints of small red berries on the nose, fresh and immediate on the palate, with a clear correspondence between taste and aroma, where cherry is the main descriptor. Its freshness and minerality give it a high persistence in the mouth. Ideal for aperitifs, appetizers, fish-based dishes, mild white meat ragù, and vegetables.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% vol.
GRAPE VARIETY: Ciliegiolo
TRAINING SYSTEM: Spur-pruned cordon

VINIFICATION
After careful selection, the grapes are pressed as whole clusters to preserve the fruit’s fragrance and avoid excessive color extraction. The must then undergoes cold static clarification, and the subsequent alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is racked to separate it from the coarse lees and aged on fine lees for 8 months.
