Floral on the nose, with hints of white flowers and crisp white-fleshed peach on the palate. Ideal for aperitifs, mildly flavored appetizers, and fruit cakes.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested before complete ripening to maintain the freshness of the berries. They are vinified as white wine at low temperatures, and the base is aged on lees. The second fermentation takes place in a controlled-temperature autoclave, followed by an additional three months of aging on the lees.
