Description
It is characterized by hints of yellow peach, pineapple, and tropical fruits. Soft and smooth on the palate, with a long finish. It pairs well with Umbrian cured meats, fresh cheese, appetizers, and pasta dishes with both white vegetable and meat sauces.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve the fruit’s fragrance at the optimal ripeness. They undergo a gentle destemming, followed by a short maceration and soft pressing. The must is clarified at low temperatures and undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation to enhance the development of elegant fruit aromas. After three months of aging on fine lees, the wine is bottled.
