VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve the fruit’s fragrance at the optimal ripeness. After a gentle destemming, the must is clarified at low temperatures and undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation to enhance the development of elegant fruit aromas. Aging on fine lees takes place for 6 months in oak barrels.
